Metro Final Clean(“we,” “us”) provides commercial post-construction, remodel, and turnover cleaning in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the surrounding Twin Cities metro. This policy explains what we collect through this website and our advertising, why we collect it, and how to reach us about it. We do not sell personal information.
1. What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the quote form on this site, we collect the fields you fill in:
- Name
- Company
- Phone number (required)
- Email address
- Job type (required)
- Approximate square footage
- City or ZIP code
- Timeline
Only phone number and job type are required. Everything else is optional, and the form works without it. If you call or text us instead, we keep your number and whatever job details you give us over the phone.
The form also contains a hidden field that real visitors never see or fill in. It exists purely to catch automated spam submissions, and its contents are discarded.
Information collected automatically
Our host, Vercel, records standard server and request logs when pages load and when the quote form is submitted. These logs can include IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, and timestamps. Quote form submissions are also written to these application logs so that a request is never lost if email delivery fails.
If advertising is active, the Meta Pixel described below also collects information about your visit.
2. Advertising and the Meta Pixel
We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To measure whether those ads work, this site can load the Meta Pixel, a piece of tracking code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.
When the Pixel is active, it sends Meta two events:
- PageView — recorded when you open the site.
- Lead — recorded when a quote request is submitted successfully.
Along with those events, the Pixel automatically transmits information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the page URL, and Meta cookie identifiers. Meta may match that information to a Facebook or Instagram account and use it to measure our ad performance, to show you our ads again, and to build audiences of people similar to our customers. Meta's use of that data is governed by its own terms, not this policy — see the Meta Privacy Policy.
The Pixel only loads when an ad account is configured for this site. It does not load at all when no Pixel ID is set.
If you reach us through a lead form hosted inside Facebook or Instagram rather than this website, Meta collects that submission first and passes it to us. Meta's policy governs that collection; this policy governs what we do with the information once we receive it.
To limit ad tracking: you can adjust your Meta ad preferences, use your browser's cookie and tracking controls, or use a tracking-blocking extension. Blocking the Pixel does not affect the quote form — it will still reach us, and we will still call you back.
3. How we use it
- To call or email you back with a quote for the work.
- To scope, schedule, price, and perform the cleaning job you asked about.
- To follow up about an open or past request, or about work we did for you.
- To keep normal business records, including invoices and job history.
- To measure and improve our advertising and this website, as described above.
- To detect and block spam and abuse of the quote form.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your contact details with other contractors or lead brokers.
5. How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet tax and accounting obligations. Server logs are kept on our host's standard schedule, which is shorter. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.
6. Your choices and rights
You can contact us at any time to:
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Ask us to stop contacting you.
Depending on where you live, state law may give you a formal right to make these requests and to appeal if we decline. We honor requests from anyone who asks, regardless of where they live. To make a request, use the contact details in section 10. We may need to confirm the phone number or email the request relates to before we act on it.
If you ask us to stop, we stop. There is no marketing list to unsubscribe from — we contact people about the jobs they asked us to quote.
7. Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and quote requests are transmitted encrypted. We limit access to job records to the people who need them to do the work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
This is a business-to-business service for contractors, remodelers, and property managers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
